Shiitake Mushroom Dry Rub

This recipe is USDA certified organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO.


3 tbsp BareOrganics Shiitake Mushroom Powder 

3 tbsp kosher salt 

2 tbsp onion powder 

2 tbsp garlic powder 

2 tbsp black pepper 

1 tbsp cumin 

1 tbs sugar (or sugar alternative)


  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or container.
  2. Seal jar or container and shake to further mix.
  3. Use as a dry rub for lean meats, fish, veggies and more.
  4. Store leftover rub mix in a dry, cool area.
