Keep it Green Salad Dressing

This recipe is USDA certified organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO.


1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 

2 tbsp lemon juice 

2 tsp BareOrganics Barley Grass Powder 

1 tsp tahini 

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve with salads or as a dip.
  2. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
