Flourless Fudgy Brownies

This recipe is USDA certified organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO.


1/2 cup BareOrganics Coconut Oil 

8 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate 

3 large eggs 

1 1/4 teaspoon stevia drops or sweetener of choice 

1 1/4 teaspoon monk fruit liquid extract 

2 teaspoons vanilla extract 

1/4 cup BareOrganics Cacao Powder 

1 tablespoon BareOrganics Psyllium Husk Powder 

1/4 teaspoon salt preferably sea salt


  1. Mix coconut oil and unsweetened baking chocolate in a bowl and microwave until oil is thoroughly melted.
  2. Add in the eggs, stevia, monk fruit, and vanilla extract to melted mixture. Whisk ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Stir in unsweetened cocoa, psyllium husks, and salt.
  4. Pour batter onto greased or lined 8x8 baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let brownies cool before eating.
