CocoMango Popsicles

This recipe is USDA certified organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups mango chunks, fresh or frozen 
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice 
  • 1 cup BareOrganics Coconut Milk Powder 
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 1 tbsp Sugar 
  • 2 tbsp low fat yogurt, plain or vanilla

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds, placing a wooden stick into each as necessary. (Tip: If wooden sticks do not stand up, tightly place a sheet of plastic wrap over the popsicle molds to help keep the stick upright. Remove plastic wrap after frozen).
