The Ultimate Energy Granola Bar with Flaxseed


1 1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup BareOrganics Goji berries
1/4 Cup BareOrganics ground flaxseeds
1/4 Cup hemp seeds
1/2 Cup whole almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
2 Cups semi-sweet chocolate (paleo friendly)
1/4 Cup pure Almond butter
Sea salt


1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F, line a cookie sheet and a 8x8 in baking pan with parchment paper and set aside

2. In a medium sized bowl, combine oats, goji berries, flax seeds, hemp, almonds, vanilla extract, salt, coconut oil and maple syrup. Place in a lined baking sheet, distribute evenly and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and return to bowl

3. In the meantime, in a medium sized sauce pan on very low heat, melt chocolate and almond butter and combine, until smooth

4. Add melted chocolate to granola and mix until everything is well coated. Press tightly into prepared 8x8 in pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until completely set. Cut in even sized bars, sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy
