Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies with Cacao

1 cup Oat flour
1 cup Bare Organics Cacao Powder
1/3 cup Bare Organics Coconut Palm Sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 c Applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 c Chocolate Chips, unsweetened
1 cup Milk, dairy free
1/2 c Pumpkin, pure


1/2 cup Pumpkin, pure
1 cup Yogurt or Cream cheese, dairy free non-dairy yogurt
2 tbsp Coconut sugar, or date
1 tbsp Cinnamon powder

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the oat flour, cacao powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining brownie ingredients. Stir the wet mix to the dry bowl, do not over mix. 

4. Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

5. In a small bowl combine the frosting ingredients. 

6. Pour frosting into pan on top of the brownie mixture, lightly swirl in with a knife.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350F watching carefully after 20 minutes.Toothpick test and remove from the oven to cool before slicing.
