- 2 bananas, frozen
- 3/4 cup mango, frozen
- 1- 1 1/2 cups raspberries, frozen
- 1/4 aloe, frozen
- 3/4 cup plant milk
- 1 tbs vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp date syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp @bareorganicssuperfoods ashwagandha powder


SIMPLY add all your ingredients into your blender, wizzzz it up real good until it’s silky smooth then spoon into your bowl And top with your kiwi, granola and coconut and put that zing in your step ready to have a kick butt day!
