Red Velvet Cacao Martini
Extra Rich Cacao Beet Root Powder
An antioxidant-rich cacao martini with a naturally blushed finish from organic beet root — indulgence meets nourishment.
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur (like Godiva or similar)
- 1 oz Irish cream or coconut cream (for dairy-free)
- 1 oz unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
- 1 tsp BareOrganics Extra Rich Cacao Powder
- 1/8 tsp BareOrganics Beet Root Powder (just enough for color)
- 1/2 oz simple syrup or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice
OPTIONAL GARNISH:
- Cacao powder dusting
- Shaved dark chocolate
- Beet sugar rim
Directions
- Add cacao powder and beet root powder to a shaker first.
- Add a splash of almond milk and stir or shake lightly to dissolve powders (prevents clumping).
- Add vodka, chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, remaining milk, syrup, and ice.
- Shake vigorously for 20–25 seconds until silky and chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
