Superfood Adaptogen Protein Smoothie with Ashwagandha

- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 1/2 cup cauliflower, frozen
- 2/3 cup plant based milk
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 tbs vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop @bareorganicssuperfoods ASHWAGANDHA Powder
- 1 medjool date
TOPPINGS-
- grapes
- hemp seeds
- coconut
Directions
In a blender, simply combine all ingredients and blend until silky smooth. Spoon into your bowl and top with all those delicious toppings.
