Nopal and Amla Smoothie


1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen mango 
1/2 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower rice
Big handful of spinach 
1/3 cup almond milk (might need more depending on desired thickness of smoothie) 
1 tsp of @bareorganicssuperfoods Nopal Cactus
1 tsp of @bareorganicssuperfoods Amla


Add all ingredients to your blender and begin blending. It will most likely be too thick, but trust me, you don't need to add any more liquid. Just scrape down the sides and give it a little mix and blend again. Repeat this process about 5 or 6 times and before you know it, it will begin to blend on it's own. 

Topped off with banana slices, @bareorganicssuperfoods goji berries and coconut!
