Half Baked PB Oreao Protein Cookies with Hemp and Coconut Sugar

Ingredients

1 c Cashew Butter

1/2 c Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 tsp Baking soda

1/3 c Bare Organics Coconut Sugar

2 Eggs or 1/3 c Mashed Banana

3-5 Oreos, crushed

Directions

Prep Time: 2 min

Cook Time: 5 min

Servings: 12

Mix together all ingredients.

Scoop dough into 2 tbsp sized balls and place on a sheet of foil.

Bake at 350 in the air fryer for 5-7 min until edges are lightly golden and crispy. 

Allow cookies to cool slightly and enjoy warm!


Notes:

Store extras in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
