Coconut Chocolate Power Waffles with Flaxseed, Chia Seeds, Coconut Flour, Coconut Milk and Cacao


1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, melted
3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
3 Tablespoons BareOrganics Extra Rich Cacao Powder
2 Tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup
1 Tablespoon BareOrganics Chia Seeds or BareOrganics Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 Teaspoon Salt


1. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil and honey

3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir to fully incorporate

4. Heat waffle iron, and brush with coconut oil or melted butter

5. Place 1/4 Cup batter in center of iron, close and cook until done (follow directions of your waffle maker)

6. Top with fresh fruit and whipped coconut cream
