Chocolate Plum Almond Cake with Cacao Powder

gluten-free | oil-free | no refined sugar
Combine 1¼ cups almond flour, ¼ cup, oat flour, ¼ cup @bareorganicssuperfoods cacao powder, ¼ tsp salt in a bowl.
Add 1 large, mashed banana, 2 Tbsp almond milk, 2 Tbsp date syrup and 3 whisked eggs to a separate bowl.
Directions
Combine dry and wet ingredients.
Dice 2 pluots, and save a few lengthwise slices.
Arrange the pluot slices on the bottom of a greased 9” pie pan. Pour the batter evenly on top of the pluots.
Bake at 325F for 25min. Once cooled, top with blueberries, desiccated coconut, organic sprouted pumpkin seeds.
