Cacao Banana Protein Pancakes

This recipe is USDA certified organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO.


1 banana 

2 eggs 

1 tbsp. BareOrganics Sweet Cacao Nibs 

1/2 tbsp. BareOrganics Coconut Oil 

Pinch of cinnamon


  1. In a bowl, mash and mix the banana and eggs until smooth.
  2. Stir in the cacao nibs and cinnamon.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour a portion of pancake mixture into the skillet. Heat until surface starts to bubble, then flip.
  5. Continue to heat until pancake is golden brown on both sides, and remove from skillet.
  6. Repeat cooking until pancake mixture has been used entirely.
