Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

This recipe is USDA certified organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO.


6 cups of fresh cauliflower florets 

2 tsps. garlic powder 

a pinch of salt 

a pinch of pepper 

¼ tsp. BareOrganics Cayenne Pepper 

½ tsp. BareOrganics Turmeric Root Powder 

1 tbsp. butter, melted 

1 cup hot sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil, or olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, turmeric powder, melted butter, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Add the cauliflower to a bag or coverable dish, pour the buffalo sauce in and shake until the cauliflower florets are fully coated. Spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
