Blue Acai Berry Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

- 2 bananas, frozen 

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1/2 cup plant milk 

- 1 scoop @bareorganicssuperfoods acai powder

- 1/2 cup blueberries- frozen 

- 1/2 cup blackberries, frozen 

- 1/2 cup mango, frozen 

- 1-2 tsp blue spirulina 

TOPPINGS- 

- coconut, dusted in elderberry powder

- blueberries 

- kiwi fruit

- sunflower seeds 

- crunchy peanut butter

Directions

In your blender, add your bananas, mango, plant milk, and oats. Blitz until we’ll combined. 


Remove 2/3rds of the mixture and place in a separate bowl. And stir in your blue spirulina.  

To the mixture remaining in the blender add your frozen berries and acai powder and blend until silky smooth.
