White Chocolate Covered Brownie Bites with Cacao and Coconut Milk Powder
Ingredients
Make flax eggs by combining:
2 Tbsp coconut Milk powder
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp Ground flax
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cacao powder
Make the white chocolate:
Melt 1/4 cup cacao butter
Add 1/4 cup coconut milk powder
+ a dash of maple
Directions
1. Lightly oil a muffin pan.
2. Fill with batter.
3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
4. Drizzle white chocolate over chilled brownies!
