Tropical Smoothie with Chia Seeds, Cacao, Beet, Maca and Ginger Root

INGREDIENTS:

2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
2 tbsp vanilla cake protein powder blend
1/2 tbsp @bareorganicssuperfoods energy and stamina blend powder
1/2 tbsp @bareorganicssuperfoods chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
coconut sugar, to taste

Directions

Throw all ingredients in a blender & blend until combined! Top with your favorite fresh or frozen fruits, mango roses, nuts, seeds, granola, or coconut flakes and enjoy!
