Tropical Nice Cream with Astragalus Root

 3 very ripe bananas, frozen
1 cup mango, frozen
1/2 cup pineapple, frozen
1 scoop BareOrganics Astragalus Root Powder
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 medjool date
juice of one key lime 

1. Chill your bowl in the freezer ready for serving. 

2. Then, simply add all your ingredients into a blender. Start on a low speed and gradually increase the speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides when needed. 

3. Once your mixture is ready, spoon into your bowl and top with sliced plumcot, coconut and garnish with a beautiful key lime rose.
