Pumpkin Cake Bites

This recipe is USDA certified organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO.


Dry Ingredients: 

1 ½ cups shredded coconut 

1 cup raw almonds 

½ cup raw walnuts 

½ cup BareOrganics Coconut Sugar 

¼ cup BareOrganics Ground Flaxseed 

1 tsp. pumpkin spice 

½ tsp. cinnamon 

1/8 tsp. high mineral salt 

Wet Ingredients: 

¼ cup BareOrganics Irish Sea Moss 

¼ cup water 

¼ cup cooked pumpkin puree fresh or canned 

2 tbsp. BareOrganics Coconut Oil, melted 

1 tsp. vanilla extract 

4 drops liquid stevia


  1. Process dry ingredients in a food processor until a flour forms.
  2. Add wet ingredients except Irish Sea Moss and water and process until combined.
  3. Mix Irish Sea Moss and water separately in a small bowl to create a paste.
  4. Add Irish Sea Moss paste and process until a dough forms.
  5. Place batter in a bowl, roll into balls and roll in finely shredded coconut.
  6. Set in fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy.
