Protein Packed Peanut Butter Brownies with Cacao, Coconut Sugar and Hemp Protein



  • 3/4 C BareOrganics Extra Rich Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp BareOrganics Hemp Protein
  • 3/4 C Coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 C BareOrganics Focus Coffee 
  • 2 C BareOrganics Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp BareOrganics Ground Flax Seed + 5 Tbsp water, mixed
  • 1 1/3 C Gluten Free flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 C dark chocolate chips (Vegan friendly)

Peanut Butter Swirl

  • 1/3 C all-natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Pure Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 f. Line a 13x9x2 in baking pan with parchment paper and set aside

  2. Stir cacao, baking soda and hemp; add coconut oil, coffee and stir until mixture is thickened. Add coconut sugar, Flax seed and water mixture and mix until combined

  3. Add flour, vanilla extract and salt, mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into prepared pan

  4. Mix all ingredients for the peanut butter swirl, add dollops on top of your brownie mixture and make swirls with a butter knife

  5. Cover with aluminium foil to prevent swirls from drying out and bake for 35-38 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly wet, with moist crumbs attached. Let cool completely before cutting
