Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Balls with Flaxseed and Coconut Sugar

3 cups oatmeal
1 cup pea protein
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup chocolate chips

cup almond flour
½ cup coconut sugar
3 Tbsp ground flax seed
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Âź tsp salt
1 ½ cup almond butter
ž cup maple syrup
Âź cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together all dry ingredients until fully combined.
2. Add wet ingredients and mix until a smooth, dough-like consistency forms.
3. Use a small cookie scoop and roll into balls.
4. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
