Green Goddess Salad Dressing


1 tsp.spinach powder
2 tbsps. fresh sage, chopped
½ large avocado, pureed
2 tbsps. lemon juice
2 tbsps. basil, chopped
½ cup Greek yogurt


1. Puree the avocado in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Add all remaining ingredients to a medium sized bowl, including the avocado.
3. Whisk until well combined, add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Drizzle over your favorite salads and store any leftovers in the fridge.
