2 frozen bananas
2 Tbsps unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 cup frozen, organic strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop of BareOrganics Energy and Stamina
Crust of your choice
1.Add all ingredients to a food processor, or high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
In a medium bowl, add crushed cookies and butter or coconut oil or other. Stir until combined. Take 2 to 3 Tablespoons of crumbs and press into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
2.Fill a silicone cupcake mold with this mixture
3.Freeze for about 2 hours.
4.Remove from molds.
