Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
(Gluten-free, Grain-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Refined Sugar-free, Vegetarian, Vegan)
- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons BareOrganics Milk Thistle Seed Powder
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Toppings:
- ¼ cup BareOrganics Goji Berries
- Fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, bananas, etc.) sliced or diced if needed
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
Directions
- In a high-speed blender, combine frozen dragon fruit, mango, banana, coconut milk, milk thistle powder, and maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add a splash more coconut milk to help blend but keep the mixture thick.
- Pour the smoothie into two bowls.
- Top each bowl with goji berries, fruit, and coconut.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
