Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

(Gluten-free, Grain-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Refined Sugar-free, Vegetarian, Vegan)

  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons BareOrganics Milk Thistle Seed Powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)


Toppings:

  • ¼ cup BareOrganics Goji Berries
  • Fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, bananas, etc.) sliced or diced if needed
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine frozen dragon fruit, mango, banana, coconut milk, milk thistle powder, and maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add a splash more coconut milk to help blend but keep the mixture thick.
  2. Pour the smoothie into two bowls.
  3. Top each bowl with goji berries, fruit, and coconut.
