Coconut Whipped Cream

This recipe is USDA certified organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO.


1 1/2 cups BareOrganics Coconut Milk Powder 

1 cup warm water 

1 tbsp BareOrganics Coconut Palm Sugar 

1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Mix coconut milk powder and water until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  2. Place in refrigerator and freeze overnight.
  3. Place coconut cream mixture in a bowl. Using a whisk or mixer, whip the cream until it reaches desired consistency, usually light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in coconut palm sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dessert.
