½ cup oats
½ cup coconut milk
¾ cup water
2 tbsp BareOrganics Cacao Powder
1 tbsp BareOrganics Coconut Powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or alternate sweetener such as honey, sugar, agave
1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberries to top
1. In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk water, coconut powder, and cacao powder until powders are completely dissolved. Mix in coconut milk and oats until combined. Simmer over low heat until oats are cooked and mixture reaches your desired consistency, around 5-7 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and mix in maple syrup and vanilla extract. Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh strawberries. Serve warm or at room temperature.
