Beet Root Powder Hummus

2 tbsp BareOrganics Beet Root Powder

2 c Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 Garlic cloves, optional

1/4 cup Tahini

1/4 c Lemon juice

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Add all ingredients to a food processor.  

Pulse blend on low speed, and slowly increase it until all ingredients are well mixed.

Serve with olive oil, seeds and spices of choice!
