Apple Cinnamon Coffee Mug Cake
Ingredients
Nothing beats a breakfast that involves coffee and cinnamon smells on a cool fall morning! Made in minutes, full of energy and completely vegan friendly.
- 1/4 c Oats
- 1/4 c Apple Sauce, Unsweetened
- 2-3 tbsp BareOrganics Energizing, Cardio Care or Focus Coffee
- 1 tbsp Flour, Gluten Free
- 1 tbsp Nut Butter
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
2. Stir in apple sauce, coffee and nut butter.
3. Pour it into a lightly sprayed ramekin or mug.
4. Cook in the microwave for 90-120 seconds.
5. Top with a glaze if desired!
