Adaptogenic Superfood Peanut Butter Balls with Ashwagandha

1 1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp natural maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp ashwagandha from BareOrganics
1 1/2 cup chocolate
2 tbsp coconut sugar
pinch coarse sea salt



1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, coconut flour, ashwagandha, and salt. Roll the dough into balls and place in the freezer for about 20 mins. 

2. While the balls are cooling, melt the chocolate and coconut oil over medium heat.

3. Take the balls out of the freezer, and roll them in the melted chocolate. 

4. Sprinkle a little bit of sea salt on top, and place them back in the freezer. Let them cool for another 30-45 minutes.  Enjoy!
