Açai Berry Jam

This recipe is USDA certified organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO.


2 tbsp. BareOrganics Açai Powder 

2 tbsp. BareOrganics Chia Seeds 

½ cup pear cider 

2 tbsp. raw, local honey 

1 tbsp. orange juice 

½ cup your favorite berries, crushed


  1. Mix chia seeds with pear cider and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. The chia seeds will combine with the pear cider to form a gel.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients and allow to sit for 30 minutes before use for best results.
  3. Any left-over jam can rest in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for a few days, or until you see signs of spoilage.
