1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 cup apple juice

1 tbsp. honey or 1/2 tsp. stevia powder

1 tsp. BareOrganics Hemp Seed Powder

Ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
