CocoMango Popsicles

Recipe Includes: Coconut Milk Powder, Coconut Palm Sugar

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups mango chunks, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 cup BareOrganics Coconut Milk Powder

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp BareOrganics Coconut Palm Sugar

2 tbsp low fat yogurt, plain or vanilla

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds, placing a wooden stick into each as necessary. (Tip: If wooden sticks do not stand up, tightly place a sheet of plastic wrap over the popsicle molds to help keep the stick upright. Remove plastic wrap after frozen).
