Cacao Muffins

Recipe Includes: Cacao Powder, Cold Milled Ground Flaxseed, Chia Seeds

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp BareOrganics Cacao Powder

3/4 cup coconut oil, melted

2 eggs

1 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp BareOrganics Cold Milled Ground Flaxseed

1 tbsp BareOrganics Chia Seeds

1 banana

Pinch of salt

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line or grease a muffin tin.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture equally into each muffin tin.
  4. Bake muffins in the oven for roughly 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked into the middle.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve.
